What a way to profiteer post covid. Didnt accept patients during the pandemic, never invited for appointment when back to normal, and thrown off the books and only accepted privately. Disgusting

I've not had a dentist for a few years due to personal reasons I expressed this to dentist and the care and treatment I've had has been unbelievable the staff are amazing so nice I'm glad I've found a dentist who is caring and understanding it's going to take a while to get my teeth back to normal but I have every faith in them thank you all the staff

Been with the practice for 25years, Due to covid was advised not to attend. Tried to get seen and back on the books and advised unable to do so. Very rude member of staff - did advise me I can attend the dentist if Im willing to pay privately but not the NHS. What an insult. Will be taking my customs else where.

After our appointment was unfortunately cancelled because of dentist illness, the staff (in particular) reception staff went out of their way to allow my son, who is on the autistic spectrum, to attend the practice to sit in the dentist's chair and have a look around to prepare himself for his next visit. It had taken a lot of courage for him to attend the appointment after months of saying he didn't want to go. He was really upset to find out it had been cancelled. However, the staff saved the day! They even gave him a teeth cleaning chart, mini toothpaste and stickers. He was so excited to tell his friends at school.
