        Terrible service had a awful experiense item could mot be tracked. Had to spend 17 pounds on high rate phone calls which took days to locate and spent 2.5 days waiting in for my wardrobes

        Booked a day off due to something coming to us , wasnt happy that we couldnt choose our day for it to come that was taken away from us , so had to book a day of work to wait inn. After waiting waiting we received a email to say that we got Declined , trying to call up all you get is a computer not a real person. Eventually we had to drive 35 miles to go pick it up the next day which we wasnt happy. We Explained when got there we only just moving an our ID is still in the old Property , which the lady just stood there & Laugh at us said cant give it to you ?After asking what her problem is she came back out with the manager which said its ok you can have & again we Explained I was inn all day with taking a day off which in the end I didnt need to do & it ended up Costing us more as we had a 70 miles round trip. If we want anything now from Argos we will make sure its not you that we have to wait for as you dont turn up !!!
