Tuffnells Parcel Express

Only left a one star because I cant leave a zero. Terrible unreliable company. Any business using these needs to be made aware they are going to let your customers down and impossible to contact.

Worst courier company. Was supposed to deliver my carpet, courier called said he was going to be about an hour and then never turned up. I will be avoiding any company who uses tuffnells to deliver from now on.

Disgraceful service,they sent me a message to say my order would be delivered,then after alot of inconvenience of trying to find their phone number,im sent a message saying its been delivered which it had Not,also somebody had signed it with a skwiggle its not my signature,thats fraud

They left me 2 'missed you' cards one day and I cannot say if they attempted delivery or not as I was at work because no one sent me an email with an estimated delivery day otherwise I would have worked from home to make sure I can receive my items. I called the number from the card and I was able to collect 2 out of 4 parcels from their depot in Stafford. The boxes were barely existent when I collected them but at least the items were not damaged. I have asked about my other 2 parcels and they said they do not have them so I contacted the company I bought the items from (on Wednesday) and they said that they spoke with Tuffnells on Thursday morning and advised that they will attempt delivery on Friday. On Thursday evening I had a missed you card again but this time my husband was at home and no one knocked at the door all day. Friday came.. no parcel, Monday.. no parcel so I contacted the supplier again and they said that Tuffnells will attempt to deliver these on Tuesday but they had no reason why no one attempted delivery on Friday. Here comes Tuesday.. no parcel. I then contacted my supplier again which spoke with Tuffnells and this time Tuffnells confirmed that they do no have my parcels so I am completely lost on what happened here. With this being said, my supplier had to re-send the parcels, this time with UPS which provided a great service and the parcels came in the next day in spectacular condition.

Was waiting for 2 tyres from Camskill, but Tuffnells delivered machinery on a pallet addressed to a business 2 miles away, and dumped it outside our garden gate, blocking the entrance to our garden. Our order said it had been delivered at the same time that this was left at our house. Impossible to contact them, so contacted camskill and they said that Tuffnells would send a lorry with a tail lift to collect it. The lorry has never arrived. Contacted the business that the delivery was meant for and they came and collected it themselves. Tyres turned up 2 days later with a very grumpy driver who said the original driver had quit. No reply to complaint emails. Utter shambles of a company. Avoid using any business that wants to ship using Tuffnells!
