From initial enquiry to packing up they were professional and friendly. I could not recommend them highly enough.

We hired Royale Casino Promotions for our wedding at Foxtail Barns an 12.11.2021. We had a black jack table and a roulette table, our guests absolutely loved them! The personalised money was so cute too, we've kept some as a keepsake! The staff attending the tables were great, and taught guests how to use them. Thank you Kathy and all involved!

We were looking around for a casino experience for our wedding anniversary and from the moment we first contacted Kathy & the team at Royale Casino, they were prompt, informative and very professional. Before the event they liaised with the venue on our behalf to sort out set up times etc. and really took away all of the fuss from us. On the night we had hired 4 tables (roulette, craps, blackjack & poker), the tables were high quality and looked fantastic in the room, the staff working on each table were friendly and informative and really helped members of our family and friends with no casino experience. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this service for any event you have in mind, Kathy and the team will give you a casino experience that everyone will be talking about afterwards.

Great fun casino company, professional, prompt and fun for all. Offer personalised money to play with which is a lovely keepsake - would definitely recommend to anyone for a wedding/party/work event.

I apologised to Kathy as soon as she walked in the door for not having paid the balance of her invoice and explained that It had been an oversight on my part during a very busy weekend of organising our 1st Wedding Anniversary weekend. I had expected a bit of understanding which would have been a nice thing to do, but instead I was met with a very abrupt response which didn't start the night off well and really quite upset me. As a result, my husband got up in the middle of the dinner he was hosting for 30 people to go and settle the invoice for Kathy there and then. Aside from this, neither Kathy or the other dealer were particularly fun or entertaining and neither really took the time to explain any of the bets or engage with any of our guests. In fact a few of our family said that they'd been bored on roulette and as a consequence had stopped playing - not what you want for the best part of 400! We've hired a few fun casinos over the years for various events but this was definitely not one of the best.
