I had ongoing issues with a car I had bought from them. At the end of 12 months....the issues were ongoing even though the car went back for fixing. It never seemed to be right. I wanted to change the car. They were supportive and helpful. They were amazing. I couldn't fault them. I was patient with them as they were with me. Sometimes these things happen and there is no blame. It's just what it is. I have since been given a replacement car and I couldn't be happier. The manager, Lee, head of sales, Chris were supportive and helpful. However the sales person that really stood out was Adam. He was amazing. Kind, supportive, patient and approachable. He was so helpful. His communication was fantastic too. I am an extremely happy customer. X

I recently brought a car from stafford ford and have been really impressed. From enquiry through to collection the service i have received has been spot on. Having just had a new 9 week old puppy i was somewhat housebound but this wasnt an issue. They were able to give me an indicative (and fair) part ex value on my car (which they stuck to) after sending across some pictures and videos and even drove the car i was looking at to me to test drive. Upon collection i was able to take the new puppy in her sling to the dealership and was in and out quickly to get her back home. Darryl was my primary point of contact and was very friendly and not at all pushy or salesy. Especially with other products like warranty and wheel protection etc. always a pet hate of mine. He sent me a very detailed video of the new car and answered all my queries promptly, going out of his way to find out if he didnt know the answer himself. Nothing was too much trouble. He had arranged for my new car to be valeted and taxed ahead of me picking it up and even dealt with the registering of the new car and changing keeper admin of the part ex. Overall really positive customer experience and i would highly recommend anyone to give them a try.
