        I have recently rejoined Gymophobics Rugby, doing induction Lyn and Dee have been amazing helping me get back into it! New program listening to exactly what I need, already feeling better and more positive about things. Gym is very friendly and welcoming, no pressure, machines are easy to use! Loving it !
