        Five stars all the way for Plumbits. 3pm on a Saturday afternoon and I'm taking the fittings off our instant hot water tap boiler when one of the plastic connectors breaks. Had a hurried look on the manufacturer website to see if they do spares. Not any help at all and my wife says call Plumbits. For some reason,I thought they closed at lunchtime on Saturday but no, they're open all day. Called and spoke to really helpful gentleman who quickly grasped what I was after and said come down to the trade counter and he would sort something. Yes, it was an obscure connector but in minutes, he had connected three brass fittings together to make exactly what I needed. It's perfect and I could not be more grateful for your efforts. Thank you!
