        Was after shiplap and it was urgent. As I was on a job completion and on the Tradepoint website it was in stock in several stores. However after travelling around the Midlands. ( Birmingham & Coventry ) the staff had said there was no stock even after they had failed to tell me that on the phone. Not the first time this has happened. When you are in the trade and tradepoint staff cant be bothered to update the stock it can causes serious implications especially if you are relying on them. The reason for 5 stars at Stafford was because the staff was very helpful Nathan in particular. He went above and beyond expectations and managed to get hold of the stock and was very helpful. And another trade point staff member was very polite and helpful. Have to say thanks Nathan and the Tradepoint staff at Stafford for your help. Hopefully others will learn from you guys
