From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Lookers BMW Stafford when I recently purchased an iX. Carlie in particular was professional and polite, leaving me in no doubt whatsoever that I was a valued customer. I have been buying BMWs for years and without exception, this was the best buying experience and after sales follow up I have ever experienced. The whole team at Stafford are a credit to Lookers and BMW. Nothing was too much trouble and the car was prepared to exacting standards prior to collection. Highly recommended on every level. Follow up: The post sales experience was every bit as good as my review above says. The whole team at Lookers BMW Stafford are a pleasure to deal with. I stand by my five star review.

Just would like to thank Lookers BMW Stafford, Suraj and Beth for doing an amazing job in taking delivery of our first new BMW M340i. From the very beginning, Suraj helped us spec our dream car and got us the very best deal and most importantly kept us up to date with the whole production process of the car. The day of the delivery, the flowers and the little extra touches will remain for ever in our memory. I will be back in a couple of years to get the X3M Suraj! The ladies on the service desk are always really friendly and helpful and the software issue I had with the car was dealt with promptly by the workshop and car returned the same day. Thanks again!

Our new car purchase experience was simple and straight forward. Staff were knowledgeable. They listen address customers needs. They put customer first, which is not seen everywhere these days. While everyone worked with a zeal, two names stand out prominentKarl Gerrard and Charmain Buchanan.

It's a good experience overall. Suraj was helpful through the process. Would've given +1star (in comment section), if it wasn't for the small hurdle towards the closure. Though it was sorted out at the end, it just affects a bit in the whole experience. So, it's only 5star for now :-)
