Amanda for Blinds

Had several sets of blinds from this Company all of which have been perfect except for one set that developed a fault. Emailed Manager Tracy and the next day she got back to me offering to replace blind. I now have replacement blind up and I am extremely happy with it. Even after purchasing my blind earlier in the year, their customer service was impeccable. Thank you so much Tracy.

Offer - 5 verticals for 150 - terrible quality for the choice - white, cream or 2 choices of hideous grey. 600 quote came to for nice grey and 1 roller blind. *After hearing the response I believe the misunderstanding about difference in pricing was due to the fact that the rep didn't tell us the different prices. I think he was in a rush?!?

Excellent service ,, called back when they said they would , arrived prompt , excellent work by Adam and tom ,, no mess , everything left clean and tidy ,, all packaging taken away ,, would highly recommend and use again ,,, also ,, blinds are excellent quality and look luvly , thanks again
