Pathetic, waited 45 mins on the phone to simply get my account unblocked, only to then be told I will need to go into a branch. What is the point of an online account opening facility if you then have to visit the branch to do anything with it?

This bank is disconnected from the reality of business owners, you call up, wait 30 mins to get through and then the person on the other end of the phone just asks for your date of birth as if its nothing information I dont give my DOB to anybody, now I have to give it out to anybody working in a call centre who has access to other data WHAT PLANET ARE YOU LIVING ON! YOU DONT ASK FOR DATE OF BIRTH AS PROOF OF IDENTITY FROM A BUSINESS OWNER If you do not know why you dont, then contact a business owner and ask them why not! AS IT IS I AM NOT CUT OFF FROM ANY CONTACT WITH THIS BANK!
