        I've got a account with my life savings in it and they will not give me any money to pay my bills or to live I would not recommend this bank to anybody

        Had an account with Natwest but had loads of issues opening a student account during the summer of 2018, and cancelled my card since there was alot of playing around and no action.

        Should be best in stafford. But gone down hill since Tracey left. Lots of rude staff there and it's nothing to do with covid. few rude staff was thinking after over 30 years banking there. I need look about changing bank. Feel like being grilled before walk in. I don't like using machines there dirty not cleaned after each customer. I like going to counter some staff hate it.

        Visited this branch today with an urgent problem. The guy who helped me was fantastic and I can't thank him enough, just sorry I didn't get the name. Natwest...look after him, he's a massive asset to you!

        Had a mortgage, credit card, current account with NatWest for years. Over the past year customer service has really declined. "Over promise and deliver nothing" seems to be their motto. The manager spends his entire day wondering around acting like he's checking his watch to his members of staff. Lovely. Go to any other bank on the high street in Stafford.
