        Very good bank in general as they have one of the lowest rates in mortgages and good and secure online banking platform. It is disappointing to see that there are no more counter services in Stafford which could be handy in occasions. I had to go to the branch in Stoke to withdrawn 2k that I needed to pay a craftsman in cash.

        Counter services in Stafford have now been totally withdrawn. Staff apparently unable to increase my daily limit above 1,000 on a long term basis. So if you need more than 1,000 of your money you need to go to another branch. Staff obviously couldnt care less about the reduced level of services and the impact on HSBC customers. Come on HSBC, youre pushing my loyalty to its limits with your cost cutting measures - I dont see my bank charges coming down in line with your reduced services.
