        Awful customer service in the Stafford store. First I was told that I could not buy a bike the same day (didn't want it built, just wanted it in a box) which I later found out was false information and you actually can buy a bike the same day, so the guy obviously couldn't be bothered to serve someone half an hour before closing. Then I went to buy a bike online and have it built and click and collect. On collection the customer service I received was shocking and the manager is extremely rude. If it wasn't for my son's birthday I would of told them to keep the bike and ask for my money back. Will never be returning.

        Got my bike back yesterday afternoon after some much needed TLC. My thanks to Dave the bike technician who had kept me posted about problems he had discovered, availability of parts required and what work needed to be done. On collection Dave talked me through what had been done. Very professional, I was impressed. The work came in on budget, so thank you Dave, much appreciated.
