Stuart is a real professional and a good tradesman which is hard to find nowdays. When asked to quote, he turned up on time and advised us on how he would tackle the job and what other items we would like to consider. He provided the quote on time and also confirmed when the work would be carried out. Unfortunately there was a problem just before installation where the supplier was unable to provide the material we wanted( shipping and supplier issues). Stuart advised us immediatly and advised us of and alternative design and item in the product we required. This set back the installtion date slightly but Stuart accomodated us with a revised timescale. When the floor was to be installed Stuart was on time and did a wonderful job. He was very tidy and worked with us all the way through the installation to ensure we were happy. The result exceeded our expectations and we now have a really beautiful Karndean hall floor. I cannot sing Stuarts praises enough. The only problem is if you use him, dont expect him to be able to carry out the work next week, because he is such a good tradesman he is booked up weeks in advance. If you can wait you can be assured of an excellent job. Service: Install flooring
