        Long queue and only one server (normal) plenty of other staff there ignoring the queues and stacking shelves. This store really needs to prioritize its customers rather than its wine shelves. Needs someone doing exclusively coffees to stop the queue getting frustratingly slow. Often I just want to pay for my fuel and go. I don't want to wait behind someone with a basket of shopping while the queue builds and the staff chat.

        The slowest place to shop at in the world. Plan an hour out of your life for what should be a five minute trip just to get through the queue to the till.
