Hengar Manor Country Park

Had a lovely stay here in April 2023 with my family. We had a Gold Villa - 4 bed. Lovely size and layout. Great kitchen facilities, big pool, nice grounds. Took a while to get to down small country lanes - but was a good base to get to north Cornwall locations such as Rock and Port Isaac. Staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend and I will probably stay again in the future.

Were to start. Avoid. Arcades were broken for the majority of our stay and the money Machine was not working. Me and my sister informed them a handful of times and they didnt bother sorting it for like a day and a half Swimming pool was not even packed but we were only allowed to swim for 45 minutes which I feel is unfair. Restaurant food was dry and horrid and not worth the money. Even my 6 year old nephew refused to eat it and he isnt usually fussy , also when you try to order you stand for ages looking like a lemon as they pretty much just ignore you You could tell the place we stayed in was not cleaned properly because we moved the sofa and there was old popcorn under it and we did not take popcorn Park was rubbish, had literally 3 bits of boring equipment in it. Tennis court was dangerous, big piece of wood with nails sticking out left on the ground , my child nearly fell on to it. All the kids wanted to leave as they were so bored so we left a day early. We will definitely not be back!
