I recently bought a car from this dealership and I have to say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Firstly, they sold me a car which had serious damage to it, and when I confronted them about it, they were beyond unhelpful. They acted as though it was my fault that I didn't notice the damage myself, as though I should have inspected the car rigorously before I bought it. I mean, isn't it their responsibility to make sure that the car they are selling is in good condition? Moreover, the whole buying process was just ridiculously long and drawn out. It felt like they were dragging it out just to try and extract as much money from me as possible. Everything was just so slow and sluggish, with no real sense of urgency or desire to help me as a customer. They treated me as though I was just another number to them, rather than a living human being with needs and desires. It was just soul-crushing to be treated in such a dismissive and disinterested manner. To make matters worse, the car I eventually bought turned out to be a complete lemon. It barely lasted a week before it broke down entirely. When I took it back to the dealership, they didn't seem surprised or even apologetic. Instead, they just suggested that I should have taken out an extended warranty, which was something I wasn't even aware of at the time of purchase. They tried to shift the blame onto me once again, showing absolutely no accountability for the shoddy products they were selling. Overall, this dealership is an absolute mess. They are unhelpful, dismissive, and utterly terrible at what they do. They sell damaged goods and treat their customers like dirt, with no sense of common decency or respect. I would advise anyone to stay away from this place if at all possible, lest you end up in the same terrible situation as me.

Such a great experience buying my car from K W Motors, extremely helpful salesmen who allowed me to check and drive the car with no pressure, so nice and accommodating. Very transparent and truthful! 100% recommend this dealership!
