I have engaged this company on a number of occasions always contacting Neil Yapp in the first instance. They always seem pretty busy which I take to be a good sign. Fircroft directly manage any planning approvals re TPOs etc with the Council and this time also negotiated with neighbouring properties to gain access to fell a large Scotts Pine. Covid and machine breakdowns meant this last job was a long drawn out process but Neil kept me informed and dealt with all the admin. On the day they arrived early, sped through the work, removed all the debris and left the garden in good order. Highly recommended.

We were very pleased with the work that Fircroft carried out for us recently. From our perspective, this was a big job, carried out over a day and a half by Neil and around 6 other members of his team. The work involved some large scale reduction of weight on a very big Ash Tree that grows over our garden as well as our neighbours. Other smaller jobs were carried out elsewhere in our garden. The Ash Tree looks in a much better shape now, and the other jobs were carried out in a carefully planned manner. All refuse was removed from the site and our garden was left looking much better. A very professional company who I have no hesitation in recommending.

They have been amazing from start to finish. Knowledgeable, helpful and patient. They care about your garden and the trees in it. They are extremely skilled at the work they do. They trimmed hedges and trees of all shapes and sizes, removed trees that had come to the end of their life with minimum mess and tirelessly worked in the garden, clearing up as they went. They kept me up to date with all works. They are extremely professional and easy to talk to. We will use them every year to keep on top of our mature garden. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
