minimum wage for staff workers working with them over 10 years (personally met more than 5)
lack of care for employees (thier priority is to get the contract they do not care if their staff is inside a small triangular box used as toilets in construction sites for 12hrs a day watching cctv unable to stretch their legs or stand upright without crouching)
poor shift management - multiple people turning up doing the same job
