Radlett Grooming Centre

I took my dog to this groomers. They usually make a gorgeous job of him however this time it was the complete opposite. There is lines down my dog where the clippers have left streaks and cut my dog incredibly short. Chopped his tail down to the point where it is nearly skin and left a 'clipper rash' underneath his arms where they were so harsh with the clippers. Immediately I phoned the groomers when I heard the lady who groomed my dog shouting in the background 'oh my , what does she want me to do ? Glue the hair back on !!??' Obviously she didn't think we could hear her however we could. My husband spoke to the owner which the response was an agreement that my dog had a clipper rash and to speak to me to make an agreement of what we would do next. I spoke to the owner of the groomers and at 1st there was denial it was her phone number until I asked for my money back and then she slipped up that it was her phone number. She refused to refund me and my dog has been left in a mess. To add there is also many marks going into his head where they harshly clipped his neck and didn't fade the lines. The job was clearly rushed. Pure denial and no responsibility taken. Please don't let this happen to your pet.

Thank you so much! Both my dogs hate their claws being clipped. 1st time of getting them done without any stress. Already booked for next time.
