After being a long time customer with Traffic Self Drive, my recent trip was another faultless experience. This goes a long way as to why I have stayed with them for many years. Their customer service has always been second to none, from emailing my enquires, confirming my request, to pick-up and return of the vehicle, they really are the most professional and helpful people to do business with. The process for pick-up (from LHR) is quick, easy and efficient and you are on your way in no time, staff are always punctual, friendly and happy to assist with baggage. On retuning the vehicle (again dropping off at LHR) the process again is super quick with the staff always being there on time to meet you, a quick look around the vehicle and its done. I will continue using Traffic Self Drive as my preferred car hire company and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone else.

There customer service needs work can argue with u speaks to you disgustingly paul the boss I presume on front desk speaks with no customer service no complaints get taken due to him being in charge the other staff are lovely and polite and in fact paul let the staff down with his rudeness
