Bathroom WC fitting installed by B& Q six years which although they tried they could not supply a replacement seat. After purchasing two different seats and returning them to the store, tried Wicks and Homebase without luck. Remembered Park Street Plumbers and gave them a try. Walked out five minutes later with the correct replacement seat, superb service. Plus fifty per cent cheaper than one of the items supplied by B&Q.

I read all the reviews before I brought all my bathroom sanitaries from Park Street Plumping, even the price is not really competitive. We trust the reviews, however the goods came with defects. I call Park Street Plumbing and show them the photo, they are just rude and simply refuse to replace or refund. I spent a lot of money here, and it is so upset. I am really doubt about if the reviews here are true or not. Everyone please just be careful to buy from them. Good luck. Dated 27 Oct updated: the Rak Ceramics now helping me to deal with this issue. We are all disappointed that Park Street Plumbing ruins the brand image of Rak Ceramics.
