Fantastic service! Manoj was very helpful and, understanding our tight dealine for installation, pulled out all of the stops to have everything completed from intial equiry in just three weeks. New Forest 1600 fireplace and Media wall (1st & 4th July 2022) Chiswell Fireplaces are Outstanding! We have had a house refurb done and unfortunately I have fallen victim to dodgy builders/workmen which has resulted in me needed to pay twice to get poor quality work put right. Unsurprisingly I was very dubious about who I chose to take on my fireplace & Media wall install and after much hunting around I chose Chiswell fireplaces. Im so glad I did. My fireplace was fiddly to say the least due to the wall protruding from the old Chimney so the measurements I provided had to be adjusted to accommodate the wall to make it work. I also had to work with Jim in the store (Top bloke) to work out how my equipment was going to fit behind the TV and also ensure the TV & Soundbar was going to fit using the bracket I had already purchased. All of this had to be done to the millimetre to make it work so naturally I was concerned. As it turns out I had nothing to worry about. Jim went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with everything checking several times before we confirmed the install date. The install was done on the 1st & 4th July 2022 and the guys that did the install were superb. They clearly knew what they were doing and the attention to detail was exceptional. At one point they had the MDF frame in place for the TV and to me it looked perfect, and Im fussy, but they were still not happy with it so took it out and did it again. The result of all of this was perfection! Once the Job was complete my Wife and I were thrilled with the result and this is now the real centrepiece of our home. Would I recommend Chiswell, ABSOULTELY YES! Just for info: I used my own electrician for this job which was my choice, I also ran the TV cables beforehand and then decorated before fitting the TV after the install but Chiswell did everything else. Thanks Jim & the team, so so happy :-)

Great installation by Jim and Barry of our new wood burner and refurbished chimney breast - both were very good at keeping me updated on what they were doing and issues they came across/talking through the solution. Very happy with the finished result!
