        Great Hall but terrible customer care. Used it for my daughters 1st birthday party, it was filthy on arrival where I had to clean beforehand which led me to run overtime by 20 minutes. They decided to keep my deposit because they found 'popcorn' on the floor even though my partner spent an hour cleaning up and washing up and my brother in law swept throughout. Even before we left the venue, we asked them if there was any further cleaning required and they said no they had cleaners coming in that night. Quite disappointing as someone who used the hall for the first time. It was a lovely day for us but also stressful. I'm sure if you are a local resident then you will be treated well, but if you do not live in park street I wouldn't bother as they will find any excuse to keep your deposit. Will not use the facility again.
