I have had good service from this company until I brought a tow bar to fit my Vauxhall Cresta. They supplied one from stock but it didnt fit. I took it and the car to them and they could not fit it saying the spare wheel housing had been changed. It has not been changed and I was offered a custom detachable one which I had to pay for. In all I ended up paying twice for one tow bar. I have since had a tow bar fitted to my daughters Fiesta but the car was advised at its mot that the tow bar wiring was insecure. The wire had been wrapped around the brake pipe and had 2 cable ties securing it from front to back. I had to secure the wire properly before it got ripped out. I also had my sons Mercedes tow all fitted there and the wiring is a mess with some wires running over a sharp metal edge with no protection. A friend of mine asked me where he could get a towbar for his PB I told him and he photographed mine but Watling said they did not make it. I just dont understand what they are doing and why they would say this.perhaps they could explain.
