I have not received my tap yet despite ordering it (via a distributor) and I've been waiting a month with NO explanation from Blanco. Why must you sell items that are already on backorder without informing customers or distributors. My kitchen cannot be finished until I receive my tap - oh but don't worry I've received my FILTER SYSTEM without a tap to use it with? SO misleading.

Having been a Franke sink owner it was suggested by my kitchen company to go to Blanco Silgranite product. Having had it installed and liked it I specified it again for another project. I had cause to request support for a faulty stopper.well poor, really poor support. Blanco Uk didnt respond to their online form, auto response only. After getting a contact email and contacting Blanco direct clearly they did not read the email correctly and after a few back and forths I was asked to jump through a number of hoops to try and replace said item. Having used Franke support in the past there is no comparison. Franke support 10/10 Blanco support 2/10. Looking at Blanco Germany trust pilot reviews are poor. Product is good but badly let down by the support. Buy Franke NOT Blanco. Support on product is everything.

We've been waiting 2 weeks for a delivery of a sink etc. Repeatedly told its arriving, its coming by courier, its on the truck.. but it never arrives. We've had to temporarily install a 35 sink because the plumber is going on holiday and we don't have a functioning kitchen over Christmas otherwise. Customer service did not care about the situation at all!

Great showroom, lots of great products on display, really helped inform my choices for sink and tap options. I had a demo of the EVOL hot tap which was really amazing, such a handy tap with the measuring function, I have added that to my design list for my new kitchen. The people I spoke to were very helpful. Great brand, have been recommended by quite a few friends, so thought I would check it out for myself.
