        I was given the post code WD7 7HU this took me to Harper Lane!! no where near Kingsley Green!!! really frustrating they need to sort this issue urgently!!

        Appalling service. Tried calling to get in contact with my family member they hung up on me. Called again got told to leave my number. Family member was able to call me. To tell me they was trying to hold them another 12 hours! They was there from 9:30am and not ONE member of staff went to see them, no professional, NOTHING and then tried to say they need another 12 hours to deal with the case even though they had ALL day! I am shocked and appalled with this service. They clearly do not care about people's welfare and do not want what's best for them!! Angry!!
