As a patient new to the area I have found both the surgery, GPs and reception staff always helpful whenever needed. I unfortunately ran out of my medication and the receptionist did her best to ensure it was dealt with the same day so that I did not miss any. The GP I have seen and the Paramedic at their main site in Radlett have been both understanding and very thorough. We are lucky to have this surgery locally.

Very poor service Waited 30 mins extra The the doctor is rude ignorant Didnt like the fact I am out spoken so decide to end the meeting telling me to leave cos I ask questions that other people are scared to ask Medical negligence on my behalf and he didnt want to recognise that. I wont say what my injuries are however its been left for too long. The receptionist just ignores customers turns here music up loud and makes people just wait for nothing. How can these people be in charge of medical treatment and peoples pain suffering. Very bad place to go if your Ill or in pain or for anything

If I have to talk about this GP it would take hours, but I will just say that patients are not treated with due respect. The requests are not heeded, the doctors are cold and have no interest in helping you, you can just talk with them 10 minutes . 10 minutes??? It s just the minutes you take to say your name and your date of birth !!! they work for the salary and not to help others. It is sad to see the indifference with which you are looked at and listened to. Who should we trust when we're sick? If they don t care to listen us??? There are no more doctors , that love to help and save others. If I can give you some advice, look for another GP where love for patients comes first.
