        I bought 2 floor scissor lifts 3.5 ton from this company and from day one easy to talk to Richard was great , then delivery next day. When setting them up I needed to bleed the hydraulic cylinders and sadly they leaked more oil than they should. When contacting them, Richard and Will were great sent them a video on whats app and responded always straight away. Sent me two new units tested by them and arranged collection of the faulty ones and were absolutely superb. As long as I was ok thats all that mattered. Customer service paramount in their eyes which is nice to see in this day and age. They have been up and running now for just over a couple of weeks and detailed several cars and various other jobs and what a difference no bad back or achy knees. Godsend highly recommend
