Midway Surgery

I would like to complain about Dr. Elin Jones. By far one of the worst doctors Ive ever seen. Recently midsiagnosed with barely any examination and a condescending demeanour (last two times). When it involves a very young child - this is a disgrace. I have emailed your surgery with no response.

We are so lucky to be with The Midway Surgery :-) We have been them for 23 years and have always had exceptional care. When we hear all the horror stories around GP surgeries we simply can't relate as the service from Midway is second to none. We can always get an appointment, the surgery is well equipped and staffed & organised, referrals to specialists are prompt and communication channels are first class. Well done the whole team and thank you.

Excellent GP practice. I recently had an appointment with Dr Sun and a lovely chaperone - Kelly. Both were truly fantastic and made me feel at ease during a minor procedure. Thank you for the excellent service and keep up the good work!

To the Karen that answers the phone today I do hope you treat yourself to a self care day as clearly you are miserable in everyday life, I simply called up today after speaking with a lovely Dr Khan to enquire about having blood teast done at the surgery. When I called all I asked was 'i've been told I need to come to the surgery for some blood tests, can I just pop in? To which her response was 'absolutely not, you can't just pop into the surgery, you will need to go to the hospital for that!' Im sorry if I offended you in any way however, I thought I left being spoken to by my matron many years ago, the whole conversation was unpleasent and made me feel very unwelcome as a new patient recently moved from Australia, Maybe I should fly back if customer service is that bad! She kept saying 'well obviously this and that.. To Which I replied, sorry how is this obvious?

I was in desperate need of an Asthma inhaler as I had a last minute trip overseas. The reception manager Barbara went above and beyond to help me and I managed to pick one up from my local Pharmacy on the same day. Thank you so much
