        Lost for words. 2 days and my package was not collected. I made case on their website and gave my consignment number got a reply to say they would collect it first thing and didnt. Then when I phone up and typed my consignment number the automated voice asks me to confirm my post code by telling it to me, but it wasnt my post code or the person im sending too..I phoned my bank for refund/withdraw my payment to this company only to be told that they havent even had a payment from my account and that could only mean that the order (which was confirmed) doesnt technically exist and that all those replies to my complaint were answered on an order that doesnt technically exist. HORRIFIC customer service!

        Cheap unreliable courier service. Have had 2 reports that my package was declined because it was insufficiently packaged but no one has ever been to collect. Too many people telling porkies I am afraid to get out of fulfilling their contractual obligations. Another very unsatusfued customer.
