        Parcel sat at the depot for 12 hours, suppose to be delivered today yet nothing, just sitting there not even out for delivery. No updates or communication, raising this with amazon as it seems dpd is the new hermes 2023!

        Extremely poor quality service, they never attempt delivery they just update that delivery was attempted consignee not at home or consignee doesn't exist or consignee refused delivery. Don't know how they call themselves as courier service. Out of 10 I'll give them a minus 10

        This review is writing to dpd radlett depo about his poor service to the customer. Their drivers calls the customer that he is outside and didnt deliver the parcel and then we got the text that it will be delivered tomorrow also the customer complaint person is not giving the proper answer to the delays of parcel. Im very disappointed about the service of dpd as well as their drivers who are doing jobs just for taking pictures of property not delivering the parcel
