Flamelight

Have used this takeaway for over 25 years. Just recently it appears to have gone down the pan. Tonight an order which was supposed to take 40 minutes was still not ready over an hour later. When I did eventually get the food home, most of it was cold and there was little or no meat. The deep fried starters had obviously been cooked in advance and re-fried. The chicken inside was barely cooked and the batter impenetrable. The whole meal was a big disappointment and I cant imagine I will use them again.

I have been using this takeaway for years , it always been very good , Im coeliac so I have to be very careful about what I eat ,the girl knows my condition when I use to call . But seems like the service really gone downhill since few month ago , the new person managed to get my order wrong every time , not sure if she understands me when I making orders , luckily Im not deadly allergic to anything.very disappointing wont be come back !
