If anyone ever wants an example of how to do customer service properly look no further than the team at Puckator. I needed my order by this saturday. One email and Megan had prioritized it and it was delivered to me on Thursday and I was called to confirm I'd received it . Ive bought 300+ face masks from them. The quality is great. Easy to wash, quick to dry and light weight to carry. My neighbours keep knocking on my door to buy them and they weren't the target audience!!

Hello, from Italy we turn to you hoping that this negative report can be useful to your management to evaluate and / or improve your staff and your Italian management, which in our humble opinion is really bad! We have been your customers since October '19, with a small but continuous increase in orders. Not all, previous orders had gone perfectly, difficulties with delivery; the same courier used by you, BRT, meant your errors during the scheduled shipment setting phase. However pretty well until the last order! Carried out through your representative, Mr. Bertelle, given the delays in shipping, a long series of telephone contacts began with your Italian offices, always at our expense. There was therefore meant the unavailability of some products, but always one at a time, and each time delay! Then, in the end, the goods were declared available and ready for shipment! For us it was just an illusion ... since the shipping never started, we contacted customer service every day; these every day had a different excuse! Tomorrow he leaves, he is ready, they are packing him, he starts for an hour, he leaves this afternoon, he NEVER STARTS! SHAME, 10 days of mockery to the customer with lies of all kinds to mask the unavailability of the indicated products available on the site and by the representative! We were contacted by the customer service manager, Ms. Chiara, who told us new apologies for the failure to ship, forgetting that they had already been used before by her colleagues! After vehement complaints, are you finally shipped the goods and do you know how? With other missing goods that had not even been reported to us! In coclusion a really bad service across the board, site management, with indicated goods available that actually do not exist, unspeakable customer service, no respect for customers, no commercial logic, continuous teasing, shipping many times difficult. We are outraged by confidential treatment, with continuous lies for 10 days, shame! Too bad because we were very satisfied with your products that we will definitely not buy anymore! We hope for you that in other countries your service is better than in Italy! You can counter our similar reviews on Trustpilot and Google and other sites; we gave maximum negative emphasis to your bad service to warn other consumers and be wary of this bad management.
