quick visit today and wow what a difference to previous visit!! Had to wait in a queue as bin/skip being changed. When reopened the cars moved very quickly , staff were very helpful, very polite and really cheerful. Thank you to all.

Everything was too much trouble, even pointing to where the small electrical goes, rude ignorant unhelpful, they were obviously deeply unhappy with their jobs, the total opposite of my usual landfill near Tintagel

The older guy sitting up from the steps today was condescending and rude. Just wanted to get everything in its right place. If you dont like answering questions and working with people maybe a change of job ?
