The yoga studio has been a game changer for me and has contributed immensely to my health. The instructors are fun, kind and very knowledgeable and the studio is a positive and safe space. I highly recommend to anyone looking to make a positive change in their life.

The best yoga studio Ive tried! very cosy and intimate environment: the teachers are always very caring and they keep an eye to make sure everyone is doing the poses correctly! Its also a very inclusive studio as they offer sessions for pregnant women and for parents with their babies Wonderful space!

As a beginner, I was quite nervous to start taking yoga classes but I'm very pleased I decided to try out this studio. All the instructors I've met are kind & welcoming and they make tailored adjustments to help each person get the most out of the different poses. Thanks to the whole team, I can already feel a difference ! :)

Specialists in Iyengar with a real focus on correct alignment during the classes. High quality - not the same as average places.
