Warning Very Rude & Will Charge you Extra! I went in here on my way home from work tonight to bring home food to my Baba (dad) and Amca (uncle). The customer service was terrible. I ordered a Large Lamb Donner (8), a Quarter Pounder (4.50) and a portion of Chips (2.50). They charged me 16.90 when it should have been 15. Their reasoning? I asked for salad and sauce seperate. When I asked for salad seperate he said it'll cost extra, I just looked at him, he said 50p, I said fine. But clearly 15 + 50p doesn't equal 16.90. So my guess is that they assumed I wouldn't do the maths myself. When I called him out for it, he said it's the same for every customer. So watch out because they are probably always adding extra costs without telling you. . I have never before been charged for asking for salad and sauce seperate in all my years of ordering kebab, and as a Turk, that's probably more often than your average non-Turkish person. Check your maths, or better yet, go to another kebab shop that won't treat you like dirt. Never going back.
