Friendly staff small shop but has nearly everything you can shop for; fresh food and a small selection of frozen foods, also deil style meats , houmous and a large collection of soft and fruit juices. Also handy for collecting my amazon packages.

I'd like to share my experience as an ASOS return customer using Collect+ in case any folks would like to drop any return at this store. The female staff at this store is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I've dealt with her multiple times already and the experience was always unpleasant. The last time was genuinely unbearable so I have to share this feedback with the community I visited the store on Jan 6 at 12:10pm on 2023. Though I was first one on the line, she made me wait on the side and served everyone else first (who was in the line after me), and then take my return. Even the customer behind me felt uncomfortable and asking if I should go first. When I confronted her afterwards, she pretended she did not hear me. To the store owner / this female staff - If this store does not want to take on Vendor Return business, please do not choose to be a Collect+ hub. If you decide to be a hub for return, then please act professionally and treat this business equally and not setting up a Customer Tier System. Right now the customer purchase from the store takes precedence and Collect+ customer needs to wait until everyone else is served. If that indeed needs to be the case, please communicate with your partnered Vendor or have a note up in front of your door so the expectation is aligned. For full transparency, I will be sharing this feedback with ASOS and Collect+ in hope the service improves for the next time if anyone wants to do a return.
