Peter and Craig truly live up to their website claim that they are passionate about drains. We had an external leaking waste pipe, which they immediately identified. Using their expert knowledge, vast experience and very handy camera, they carried out an endoscopy-like investigation - a long stretch of pipe from the site of the problem wiggled it's way along the drain away from the property and we were encouraged to watch it's finding on the computer screen. This was both fascinating and efficient, we could see, that despite natures encroachment of roots, the pipes were in good nick and beyond the leak were functioning well. Peter really cared about every step of the process and was generous and enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge. To sum up, the job was carried out quickly and to an exceptionally high standard with excellent communication throughout. Highly recommended! Recently commissioned a drains report for a house purchase, very reasonably priced, Peter was very knowledgeable and helpful. The report was very prompt. I was needing some help with the technical detail on the report but I rang Peter and he took time to explain the findings of his report and gave a reasonable price for relevant repair work. The company has lived up to the expectations I had from reading their website. I would not hesitate to use Full Bore Drain for the forthcoming repairs.
