A few days after receiving nail services at your salon, two of my nails, unfortunately, fell off. Upon returning to your store to address this issue, I was informed that I would be charged 40 pounds to repair the two nails and change their color. Subsequently, I shared my experience in an online review, and I was disheartened to see a response from your store claiming that I had never been a customer. My intention in providing this feedback is to offer an honest account of my experience so that others may make informed decisions before investing their hard-earned money in services that may not meet their expectations or last more than a few days . On a more positive note, I was able to find an alternative nail salon, Artisan Nail Spa, which is located just an eight-minute walk away from your store. The staff there was extremely courteous and even offered complimentary beverages. They performed my nail services with precision and great attention to detail, ensuring a satisfying experience. I sincerely hope that you will take these concerns into consideration and work towards improving the overall customer experience at your establishment. In conclusion, I would like to emphasize the importance of integrity in business practices, as it is vital to be honest with customers in order to foster a positive reputation. I say without hyperbole that this is my favourite nail bar. I think, for most women, finding the perfect nail bar is a life long search, and this place is mine. It's a simple, nicely decorated nail bar with very good quality work. Usually in nail bars the staff generally ignore you, but the man I had was so polite and friendly. The manicure itself was excellent and one of the most high quality I've had. This is my new bar.

I booked on their nailology app yesterday, they called and said there is an issue with the booking system and cancelled my appointment. I booked for today at 10.30, they opened 12minutes late. The staff was strolling down the road to open no apologies or nothing. 4 of us had appointments and there was only 3 staff members. I booked my appointment last night the other lady this morning. However, they asked me to either go to another branch or wait 20minutes to squeeze the other lady in. Very unfair treatment, when I booked the night before. I told them it's my wedding day and so I need to get my nails urgently done. They still wanted me to wait 20 minutes so I walked out. Very poor service, the staff are very unprofessional. They need to be trained on how to treat customers the same. I won't be going there again. Service: Acrylic nails
