Done... and in my opinion it's the best school of sound engineering in Europe. The only variable is You and Your desire to learn....

Alchemea is the best place for anyone who wants to learn about sound engineering. It's just amazing how much you learn. Both practically and theoretically you'll find more than what you look for and you'll have a very good time while doing so.

The 9 months I spent there have completely changed my life. I have never learnt so much in such a short time. The best thing I enjoyed the most was that everything you learn you actually get to do in studio as well! You have so much time to spend with mixing desks, you can record your own music, your own sound library, you get access to an amazing gear and most importantly, they show you how to use it properly! In addition to this, college is open 24/7 and I loved nights spent in studio just trying things or mixing. I can highly recommend it to everyone who loves sound and music!!!

Alchemea is an organisation committed to achieving excellence in their chosen fields of education - they continuously look to improve what they offer their students. The material studied is wide ranging, and taught to satisfying depth in the areas most useful for practical application. The gear available for students to practice on is drawn from many different eras; with a number of classic and much sought after legacy units, along with some of the flashiest new studio technology money can buy. There is a large and diverse collection of microphones available, with certain higher-end models becoming available to the student as they progress along their course. The atmosphere is friendly and inspiring, that of a collection of peers working towards a shared purpose. The college attracts students from a wide range of backgrounds in musical taste and experience, which all adds to the vibrancy of the place. You know you've had a good thing when the worst part of an experience is the leaving, when it comes to an end - it sounds slightly clichd, but this was almost universally what former students I spoke to said of their experience here.
