        I've bought my wife a few things off here- the quality is normally great but the last item didn't live upto my expectations at all. However, their customer service was excellent, and they didn't relent until they had fixed everything and re-made the jewellery to the standards we expected. We'll happily continue shopping with them

        Ive bought several beautiful pieces here as gifts (the best place Ive found for personalised jewellery at a range of price points) and for myself. Have had really great customer service too! Thanks :)

        Wanted to love this place but was ultimately disappointed. Communication was bad from the start, then a 5 months wait for a class. We werent told rings couldnt be a certain thickness until the class, which was to short to complete what we wanted. Then no communication on the delivery of rings, having to wait over 9 weeks for them. Save yourself the disappointment

        Myself and my partner attended a ring making workshop here and were more than pleased with the outstanding service. The class was lead by Peter (not sure of spelling?) who was an absolute joy to craft with. The shop itself is very charming. We had a chance to look around and admire the beautiful, unique peices of jewellery. We are both super excited to unwrap our rings when they arrive. Thank you!
