Best chip shop on Essex road . Staff are friendly and not over priced like other chip shops on the same road

Came to me with a poor (but not unsavoury reputation,) luckily I'm old and ugly enough to make up my own mind, and I was pleasantly suprised, actually not bad at all.

I ordered large cod and large chips. Delivery was quick which was very good, portionsize was good. Unfortunately the fish is saturated in oil, I'm assuming some people like their fish this way , for me personally I don't like to get a mouth full of grease with every bite of fish. The skin was left on the fish , so if you like that there is another plus. I must say the fish was cooked to perfection but unfortunately to greasy and under seasoned for me. I asked for my chips to be drowned in salt and vinegar unfortunately I received no salt or Vinegar.
