Terrible experience with Juliano, the manager of this store. He was rude and condescending. I tried to return a new coat which was faulty and he refused to give me a refund or exchange. Thankfully I returned today to speak to another member of staff, Holly, who was wonderful and provided me with a full refund as per the Reiss terms and conditions.

We love shopping at this Reiss but the mid-40s Italian(?) man working at the till was incredibly rude to us! We had a return to make but he argued with us about the price even though it was shown on the receipt. He then proceeded to tell me to stop talking. He wanted to know who we purchased it from and took a picture and texted his colleague while we were standing there. We bought another item and he shoved it in the bag we brought back to return without wrapping it up. Not a good experience at all

Bought a tux and had an exceptional experience from Juliano - massively attentive and delivered an un-rushed and genuine sales experience. From first try on to tailoring - all done really well. Thanks so much!
