I don't like partners as a company and their services. I've had issues with that company for long time. Some appointment for repairs are a weeks wait and the waiting time has gotten longer, to be fair, if you're electric is not working, they will be around there as emergency, The staff on the phones and the repair workers are polite and easy to talk with, I have no problem with, they're doing what time they're given, my problem is with their management and the company itself. The company don't give their repair workers enough time to do the job properly, almost always called to bereminded to move on to the next place. Most of the time it's just patch jobs and sometimes not good ones. We had a tiled wall done and from water damage it had to be repaired, every time it was repaired, the tiling got worse, wonky and uneven. The repair workers are overworked, got to hit those targets for the shareholders and council for how many repair visit they do in one day. I'm genuinely tired of them

Probably the worst experience for the past 10years of renting my current property, we pay so much for rent in London and yet were sent the least experienced people to maintain problems within households. I can make that assumption based on experience. If you call these guys be prepared for problems to reoccur as they rather feed you rubbish in order to go along their working day for it to then be rebooked with someone else.

Driven to absolute despair by this Housing Association - mental health genuinely impacted. Heads should roll and staff let go, the organisation is self serving only. Even the simplest requests for the service and support they are paid good money for are too much for them. They do not care if your home is habitable, or whether they are driving you into debt by refusing to carry out works that they are responsible for, and paid for, but which they are intent on convincing you are 'decoration'. Any works end up bodged and the rest of your home damaged in the process - not their fault, obviously - its yours. Seem to think carrying out any works on the properties they are paid to manage are an act of charity for paying residents. Constantly asked to 'provide evidence' for everything - they will never provide the evidence you ask them for. Policies change with the wind to suit what ever excuse is being given and policies are enforced discriminantly from one tenant to another. Point this out and you'll be told it is enforced at Partners discretion. Ask them why this email contradicts the last and they will start using distraction techniques because they can't answer the question directly. I've never known any organisation argue so unashamedly and angrily that they are in the right when you ask for an explanation and apology for their mistakes, failures etc I do not know how they can keep a straight face whilst writing email responses about how their service is up to par. Complaints get nowhere since they tick their own homework. Staff members words are taken as gospel when you are raising legitimate concerns or have legitimate questions about lying. I expect I will be advised to ring if I am unhappy with the service after posting this - I have been ringing that number for 10 years already, rest assured, nothing will change from another phonecall. Will continue to pass the buck from one department to another, over to Islington Council and back to you, whilst blindly backing up their employees. Too many staff on power trips. Wouldn't mind if they actually did the job well. Will not be held accountable, tenants are powerless. The only department I could say anything positive about is ASB, but even ASB case has been hindered by staff in other departments. Lack of management involvement before nusiance and ASB has escalated to the point of court injunctions makes this a dream landlord for antisocial tenants, and hell for anyone decent. Update- contacted Partners as directed to below and was told a complaint was being raised on my behalf- just recieved the response: "In conclusion, my investigation found no failure in our service, and therefore I am unable to uphold your complaint." I stand by my review. Further update- asb team moved back to Islington. Partners housing department have been promoted to partners asbt department. Told antisocial tenant wants to stay here and is now being friendly to staff so will not be taken back to court for breach of undertaking and we should move if we have a problem with continuing to live, deal with and pay undue costs for anti social nuisance tenant and adult family.

The worst service possible. While the people answering the calls are pleasant enough, the system doesn't work. I've called multiple times about issues - had two visits for a simple issue - and had to get it resolved by someone else after being told to stop chasing them up as they would sort it (which they never did). The communication between the call team and the work team is the worst I've ever experienced. Just called about a new issue that has resulted from the lack of attention and had a visit from a member of the works team who took photos and promised to action the solution. Chased up the service a month later and have been told that they put it down as they didn't get access - they closed the call. Have had to start the process all over again. Infuriating!

Lazy, disinterested, surly, unionised, tax-payer funded incompetence. You couldn't set out to design something to be this badly run, and if you did, you'd probably be locked up. It's unspeakably awful in every way.
