We recently had a problem with our front door which wouldnt shut or lock - late one Saturday evening. The installer gave us some advice which helped us temporarily until he could get to us the following morning. He then was able to quickly and efficiently fix the problem and to explain why we had the issue in the first place. He was friendly and clearly knew his stuff. Would recommend.
