Neve seen a gp Practice that has no appointments face to face only to ever get telephone consultations. Im wondering why even come to the practice. Called to say my baby is not well and was told to call emergency line. Till I asked to speak to a Gp. Unprofessional receptionist.

I have to agree. Arrogant, rude and dismissive. Have left and gone to another clinic and spoke to another doctor I forgot how pleasant they can be. All other staff are lovely.

I had a few very bad experiences with the practice before I decided to change a while ago. The Dr is very arrogant, irritating and unprofessional - he does not listen to the patient, he is always harried and, thus, superficial during the visit. During one visit, he treated me disrespectfully and when I asked him if he had any issues with me, he blamed the "linguistic diversity" with discriminatory demeanour. I wonder how this kind of people can be considered professionals and whether they'd better stop working in close contact with patients' problems.
