        Book my second day test, still waiting my result after 2 days. Call them today and they let me know that my results will come on Thursday, so is like more than 72 hours instead of 24-48! Definitely not buying again from them and definitely not recommending this company to anyone

        They were happy to sell me two very overpriced sets of day two COVID tests but will only give me my result as they expect my 81 year old husband to register on line to receive his results. I have given them all the details and references they need but they are insisting that someone who does not know how to turn on a computer registers and applies on line. We remain without his result. Bad value for good money.

        Booked my second day test kit that arrived one day earlier with good instruction what to do. Return envelope provided and received results the next day, just perfect service as you would wish for. After booking, the reference code emailed 5 min later which was much appreciated. I will be definitely using this company for my future flights.
