They refused to give me my parcel, because they dont want to move a boxes of Coca-Cola in front! And told me to move them if I want my package!! How crazy is this!! Then the lady in te till suggesting to come back later!!

They have been returning the packages I bought without my knowledge. I am assuming they ran out of room during the busy Xmas period. So why be a click and collect agent when they can't handle it? Please be aware. Do not use them if you have important purchases.. They are also very disorganised. Packages are all over the shop.
